Compass is comprised of highly experienced professionals whose careers have touched every aspect of the project management, design, pre-construction, contract negotiations, project supervision, project closeout and defects, claims specialists, and risk mitigation.  From the early planning stages to final delivery, Compass unifies the development teams with the goal of maximizing efficiency and profits, streamlining logistics, and hitting deadlines on time and within budget.

Compass is a qualified small, woman-owned business, owned by Bridget Parkes and Dan Brodbeck. As owners and leader servants, we have assembled a Compass team made up of independent professional consultants from a wide variety of backgrounds. Each project is unique, and we pride ourselves on finding the best people for the job. This approach allows Compass to look at each project individually and match it with the consultant or consultants that are best suited for that project, providing critical management and decision support services essential to achieving project goals.
